Professional Show Management Inc. (“the Company”) is now making available to you easy monthly installments to make the reservation of your space(s) a more affordable and convenient experience. And, there is no finance charge.
It's really easy. Just select the “Easy Pay” option on the Credit Card section of the Application page and the cost of your space(s) will be divided into equal monthly payments. This option applies only to credit card purchases.
At the time of your reservation, we will bill your credit card for the required 50%deposit. The balance is then automatically billed to your credit card in equal monthly installments starting either on the 1st or 15th day of every month (based on date of contract) one month from the day the reservation was made.
All terms and conditions that relate to exhibitor remain in effect and are separate from this financial arrangement. In the event of non-compliance with the multi-pay terms or fraudulent use of funds, Professional Show Management reserves the right to enforce the other section of the terms and conditions as they relate to exhibitors.
IMPORTANT — Please read Terms of Agreement: I am the cardholder or an authorized user of the credit card provided herein. Furthermore, the account(s) at the financial institution named have funds sufficient to pay such entries as described herein. Electronic debit entries shall be initiated by Professional Show Management Inc. to pay for reserved space(s) and other charges for the listed reservation, and the entries shall constitute my receipt for the transaction(s). No payment to Professional Show Management Inc. shall be deemed to have been made unless and until Professional Show Management Inc. receives full and final credit for the payment.
I also understand that if corrections to the entry are necessary, they may involve an adjustment to my account. I understand my direct electronic payment to Professional Show Management Inc. will be debited on or after the 1st day after the initial date of sign up for the scheduled event and on the 1st or 15th day of every month (based on the date of contract) thereafter until balance is paid in full.
NOTE: All terms and conditions of the contract and application for space shall remain in full force and effect. Professional Show Management Inc. reserves the right to refuse or terminate electronic payment services at any time. This agreement is to remain in effect until Professional Show Management Inc. or the exhibitor terminates it in writing. For the termination to be effective and to discontinue electronic withdrawal, the written termination notice needs to be received 10 days prior to the next scheduled payment.
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. By selecting the “Easy Pay” option on the Application & Contract for space, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, and these terms and conditions will constitute a contract between you and Professional Show Management Inc. ("Show Management").
1. Payment Plan.
1.1 By accepting this payment plan (the "Payment Plan") in connection with your reservation for space at one of our scheduled events, you hereby authorize Professional Show Management, Inc. (“the Company”) to bill the credit card you provided the total of the cost for the space(s) you have reserved as follows:
1.1a) A 25% deposit based upon the full price of the space(s) selected will be billed to your credit card on the initial date of reservation and all additional payments as set forth below, will be charged to the same credit card.
1.1b) Additional payments of 50% of your outstanding balance on your reserved space(s) will be automatically billed to your credit card (without requiring further notice to you or authorization by you) commencing thirty (30) days after the initial date of reservation either on the 1st or 15th day of every month and on the same date each month until your full outstanding balance has been satisfied in full.
1.2) By selecting the Payment Plan, (i) you agree to pay the above charges by credit card, (ii) you hereby represent and warrant to Professional Show Management, Inc. that the credit limit for the credit card you provided is sufficient for each of the above charges and (iii) you agree to be liable for all amounts set forth above (regardless of whether the credit limit for the credit card you provided is sufficient for each of the above charges).
In the event that the credit limit for the credit card you provided is not sufficient for the above charges or such credit card is cancelled, revoked or suspended before full payment is made, you agree (i) to provide Professional Show Management, Inc. with an alternative credit card and hereby authorize the Company to charge any or all of the above amounts to such alternative credit card and (ii) that the Company may accelerate and declare all remaining amounts above immediately due and payable by cash or credit card (in addition to pursuing any other available remedies).
1.3) All past due amounts WILL NOT accrue interest unless you breech the terms of this agreement. In which case, a rate of [one percent (1%)] interest per month will accrue until paid, and you will reimburse the Company for any collection costs incurred by the Company as a result of any failure or delay in making payment.
2. Incorporation by Reference. You agree to be bound by (i) the Terms of Use set forth on the Company's website located at (http://www.proshow-inc.com/easy_pay_terms), which the Company reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, alter or update.
